I got into a betatest three days ago for DDO (I believe it is okay to say that much) and received an e-mail from Vanguard beta this morning (still waiting to hear back).
But really liking the looks of Age of Conan, the M-rated violence makes me feel warm and fuzzy all over -- glad somebody finally had the b*lls to make a 17+ game (not that the younger kids will really be kept out naturally), but it's just nice to see some MMOG lead the way.
Also would love to have a shot at Darkfall, which is currently in Clan Beta. Would really love to test their combat system with PvP/PK'ing, etc.
Hero's Journey also looks very interesting, although I do not think they are even close to beta yet.

Ultima Online was originally released as a Mature 17+ game. I think it was the Renaissance "expansion" that lowered the rating to Teen.
