I don't even bother trying to get a key anymore. Bots and the noobzerg have made certain it's pointless.

So not because the front page is a constant spam of posts/threads asking for them...it's because you can't get one for yourself.
How.....lame.
That's why, not just I, almost no one can get one that has actually been at mmorpg for any length of time/posts.

I find it understandable on one hand, considering Hearthstone is "the thing to play" right now and as such a lot of people are drawn to the site just for the beta key giveaways like myself. Then again, on the other hand, I can fully see how it must be incredibly annoying to find your turf being spammed with people begging for keys in threads, each having a practically 0% chance to actually succeed. Personally I just drop my comment in the main 200 key thread, perhaps write a little more than just my favorite hero to add a bit of flavor to the wall of single word comments then leave it at that, just hoping to be one of the lucky few.
Just my two cents on the matter,

Giveaways get shared, so there have been some new account signups, but we've also been trying to combat the spam in here and elsewhere. If you see stray key begging posts where they shouldn't be, do let us know. We've been locking and deleting spam we see. We want to keep this a forum for the discussion of the game, and hopefully that will be easier after today's final giveaways.
