I just can't resist!

 

Despite everything I read, despite every mistake they do.  Mylord Cyric want me to subjugated this faraway realms known as Eber-On.

 

Those heretics are going to be shown the one truth and Cyric's ultimate dominance over everything sentient!

 

PS: Yes, real time bug me, yes group enforcing trash bug me, yes levels messing bug me, yes the twist to the magic bug me, the feats twist bug me, the lack of XP on mobs bug me, Eberon bug me, many others points bug me and I feel that most of their design staff are noobs concerning this franchise...but...it is D&D!  D&D will crush any pre-concept folks has about what a MMO has to be and hopefully open a new path (not the EQ or Neverwinter betrayal)...otherwise I can always sacrifice their design team to The Magnificiant Cyric, Lord of Murder, Death, Tyranny, Lies, and of Etc!

    Im not ganna bother trying to read your post twice but it sure sounded like you dislike DDO but plan on playing it anyway.

    I am a D&D fan before everything.

     

    I also happen to be a MMO fan.

     

    DDO sound like they make many mistake, but I am going to give them a try...and even if the game turn out to be bad, I encourage the development of D&D products and MMOs, which are two thing I am happy to encourage, no matter how little my encouragement is, it matter.

     

    Will I flame the devs teams behing DDO?  Well, they are certainly not above flaming but they must understand, I do it with "love" for the franchise and accessorily for the love of the MMO genre, nothing personal with any individual, even if I like to call their lead design a StormTROOPer for no better reason than his name and Stormreach.  :)

    Anofalye, your posts crack me up =).

    I have to admit though, I'm basically playing this game for the same reason you are going to. It's D&D, so I HAVE to.

    Honestly though, I don't think I'd bother with it if it didn't have the D&D name on it.
