Once you reach level 40 you go to Amberstill Ranch in Dun Morogh. The vendor and trainer are there.

Pluse you need 90 gold to actually buy and ride the mount and no you cant get other races mounts unless your exalted with them and that wont be till level 60.

Well, he can spell, and you obviously can't. In my opinion, the best way to level in WoW is to do quests, straight grinding is quicker, but mind numbingly boring.

80 gold if you're a Sergeant and Honored with your own race faction. If you're not sergeant yourself at 40 then you can let someone who IS rank 3 (Sergeant) buy it for you, since the mount is Bind on Use and not Bind on Pickup.

You should have posted this in the Wow forum.

Since it's clearly a Wow related question. And there is a bigger chance you avoid Wow haters and people like that.

I suggest you just follow the "flow" of the game. The quests will lead you to new areas and will make you level up. As long as you don't spend money wildly on the Ah and on other stuff, you should be able to buy you mount @ lvl 40. If you have about 40-50 gold at lvl 30 you should be set. The dungeons and quest from 30-40 should provide you with a rich amount of gold and equipment (So you don't have to waste buy all on the ah).

    Hope this helps.

Probably been a few months since I've posted, but its nice to see nothings changed. Honestly, is that hard to answer a question? Or do you honestly expect people to believe insulting someone takes less time or effort?
Oh, and Merry Christmas Harafnir. I'm sure you probably don't miss me, but I won't lie and say that I care.

    Constructive posting Mikesta, constructive posting.

Oh yeah, have Blizzard removed the bug that allowed Paladins to get Kodo yet?

at least the first time. after you've played a few characters in an area, then try new paths, but the first through times i suggest following the flow.
