What to Play, What to Play....hmmm help me out please

Hello, I have resonly got into mmorpg and i don't know what i want to play anymore. I played so some Earth and Beyond then some Ragnarok online and liked what i played. Only they didn't satisfy some things image but nothing to can do, i quit planing to go to FFXI but now i am not sure i donno, i was maybe thinking there might be a better game out there, i would like to get into the mmorpg world thoimage

    Well there are die hard supporters of just about every mmorpg out there that will post and tell you to go to a particular mmorpg.  You might want to add a little info on what you are looking for as that may help everyone point you in the right direction.

    Without knowing more of what you enjoy these are just my opinions from what I have tried or read. 

     

    For pvp:  Dark Age of Camelot

    For cooperative play, questing, pure fantasy:  Everquest

    For sci-fi character based:  Anarchy Online

     

    Keep in mind these are all existing mmorpgs.  Most of the big new ones coming other then Final Fantasy Online are 4 to 10 months out if you would prefer to wait for one of them.  Some of the big ones in the next year include EQ2, Horizons, Lineage 2, and World of Warcraft.

    I do want some coop to be apart...whats the point of playing a mmorpg if you don't play with others :P

    Good game physices....but i don't really know, FFXI something like that, no one can tell anything better i like i'll probly just play that :( i liked ragnarok online alot just for the record...but to much bs, and the game pysics are not that good image but o well, sorry to not have much but i am just getting into it, i have always played fps' and rpg's here and there imageimage

    check the ffxi guild thread, were making one, got about 9-11 members so far.

    Hmmmmmm i am insterstand....tho i don't feel like reading it all at the moment(i hate ready....unless its a game....image) but i understand the concept, i read the 1st page so letme know :P

    Well, give us some ideas on what "your opinion" a game should have to fit your needs? What should a game have to keep your interest? A lot of us have played our fair share of MMORPG's and can give an opinion or two on what game you might want to check out... so give us a lil more info and we'll see what we can do :D

    Thank you very much but i think i have desided to play FFXI, as i have gotten into much detale with it and i like all the other FFXI games, there is not much i can tell you from being a fps gamer for most of my gaming life , but i think this will give me a better perspective of it, and if not i know i have fps' to fall on, witch i don't think will be needing but you never know it is there if there is tho :)  but thank you guys for all your help sorry for leaveing you with such a blunt question, but i have done some research on other main line mmorpg games, and think this will be a fun "adventure" i look foreword to it now since my PC has gotten behide and i am ganna get a barebone and a video card and do a little "remolding" of ma pc (i was going to anyway...how would i play ffxi or the play i will play like hl2(who knows when this is coming out....lol o well)) i am exsited about playing this, time to go waste time on ns(didn't play for a few months like a new game....omost) (cs is to full of crap and is to luck and easy) well later

    You should check out some of what Planetside has to offer if you are an FPS fanatic that game is FPS gamer heaven, or BF1942 not too shabby either, or if you like CS style than try out Medal of Honor get the MOH demo at fileplanet for a test drive.
