Anyone know when patch 2.1 is coming out

in Final Fantasy XIV
My wife and I will probably sub when they add housing, is patch 2.1 already live?  Or have we been given a date as to when it will come out?  My apologies if this has been answered already

    In case you are misinformed; personal housing will not be in this patch, only FC housing.

    Same structures and instance, only accessible to FC. My wife and I started our own FC. We will have "personal" housing this patch hehe.
