This was a big week for WildStar news with tons of new information about dungeons, the Spellslinger and the Stalker. We take a look at all that was revealed. See what we determined before heading to the comments.

The Livestream also brought an update on WildStar’s Winter Beta. For those of you eager to test out Carbine’s upcoming MMO, Senior Community Manager David Bass sent out a plea asking volunteers to complete a Winter Survey. He added that participants in the info-gathering exercise would be given priority, making it your best bet for an early ticket to Nexus.

    He could have played it in any of the cons and such where they have had booths, so feel free to tell us what you didn't like :D

    I played it at eurogamer and thought the combat was really good, only problem i had was that i didn't really know what i was doing (was playing someones elses character) and only really got to try out the combat really, so looking forward to testing the paths and crafting/housing etc.

    I have a question if anyone knows. The classes seem to have a set weapon. Spells lingers = blasters, Esper= spinning blade thingy I think? Warrior = vibroblade, and stalker = fist , anyone think they will add axes? Hammers? Staves? Or are you limited to that specific weapon?

    They are limiting it to that one weapon yes, but they said after launch they may allow another, it's a wait and see thing, most likely it would be a while after launch even if they do decide to allow a second weapon.
