  Are you for real? Unless your relatively new to gaming there are tons of childish looking games that have heavy violence.

  The game does have a appeal to young age gamers but look at WoW if you compared them there differences are not to vast.

  I hate that the first post after your post OP was rather uninformative to the question you asked but rather trying to make you out to be small minded or lacking in knowledge to other games. So first sorry about Immodium being a blight to your day, pay them no mind.... Secondly as far as I could see with the game, I have not noticed a shred of "itchy and scratchy blood and gore". It is more along the lines of WoW violence sadly. However the fact that they have the graphics as they do does not bother my intent on purchasing, and would hope it does not for you either. If you look really close at what they are doing you might even start enjoying it more for what it is, a game that is not taking it's self too seriously and that can be quite fun when you let it
