Game user experience - Help for my uni project please!

Hey guys! long time player, though mostly lurking here. If you have 2-5 minutes of your time, could you please help me with a uni project i have by answering a short survey?
It is just a couple demographic questions, and choosing words to describe your user experience while playing the game and your feelings for it. Not much thought required, won't take more than a couple minutes! Appreciate all the help you can give!
