Hey there! I've been playing games since I was 8. I started playing browser based games and then slowly moved on to MMO's.
The MMO's I've played for any amount of time have been:
- Runescape
- Ragnarok
- Shaiya (Phoenix)
- Grand Fantasia
- GW2
I am currently excited to try out Aura Kingdom by AGE, but I see a lot of hate on AGE and their games, and I can see why, but at the same time, I like their games and don't have the issues several people complain about in regards to their games.
I'm looking for another MMO that will have a strong community / player base. I like the concept of PVE dungeons, gear optimization, and PvP. I have tended to like being able farm dungeons and such. Essentially I'm looking for a game where I can go into and find a welcoming community and join a guild and enjoy my time in game. I don't mind paying a sub, or even needing to spend some money in an in game cash shop to get a huge boost since I will have some spare cash I'll be able to spend on gaming.
Thanks.

Eden Eternal or Perfect World International seems around your alley based off the games you listed. Eden Eternal's community is better by far of PWI's though.

If you enjoyed Runescape you may be interested in Eldevin. Eldevin is a browserbased MMORPG that incorporates tradeskills and professions which you can use to craft different items and gear. It is very quest oriented but at the same time if you feel like stepping away from quests you can explore the massive world, go skin some animals or find a cave with ores to mine. If you get tired of that you can participate in instances or try your hand at some PvP. The game was created by Hunted Cow Studios and runs on Java. It was released recently on the 30th of November of this year. The community at this time is still fairly small as it has only been released for a few weeks but the majority of the players are helpful and playful.
All game oriented content is open for free players. There is a subscription option that has benefits of increased gold, experience, profession experience, and valor boosts. Not having a subscription will not limit you in accessing any of the game oriented content. There is also a cash shop that offers vanity items, backpacks for more storage, potions which will give varying amounts of increased experience for a duration, pets, emotes among other things. It is important to note that you can not buy gear, stats, or anything else that may give you a game breaking advantage over other players so if you're looking for that kind of thing this game will not be for you.
Some of the things that it boasts can be found here directly from the front page of their website.
