PICTURE - These 4 files appeared in my pen drive and i can't delete them. Any idea what this is and

Hello. Like the title of the thread says.

I want to delete these files but i can't, Shift-Del doesn't work either...no idea how they got thee in the firts place...
How do i get rid of them?

The combined size is 7.68 GB but its not occupying any space in my 8 GB pen.

Any ideas ??

    Have you considered just formating the drive?
