Diablo 2 and 3 MMO style?

Hey guys, I'm looking for one game that looks like Diablo 2, 3 and Path of Exile. When I say "looks like" I mean about drop style and when you put new armor or weapon in your char it actually changes the character in the game.

Does anyone can recommend something to me?
