Well... we might have problems tomorrow....

"Scientists again warned that communications on Earth could be disrupted this week by another spectacular eruption on the surface of the Sun..." a.k.a. solar flare time...  should hit us tomorrow and might cause communication probs,  particularly with satellites. So if something's odd about the internet tomorrow... that's probably why.

    Not really odd info...this is front page news.  This is the largest solar flare in over a decade and the 3rd largest ever recorded.

    Look for incredible auroras tomorrow evening...the flare will hit Earth at 12PM EST.  Highly likely that is will disrupt power grids, and most satellite communications.

    Agreed with samusic...the internet does not depend on sats. Though we definately use them. Though who knows...I think this solar flare is kinda equivilant to a tiny EMP. I'm thinking the major impact will be with wireless stuff.
