login on ESO site

in Elder Scrolls Online

anyone is having problem with login on the site itself?  i've gone through resetting my passwords like 6-7x now, and they were all successful, but keep on getting error (login and password are not the same) when trying to login.

    Your username is not the same as your email address, for this AMS.

    yea they are using a username this time around not the email like before. my username was a name that I don't even remember setting up.
