I am 13 years old and am looking for a 3D Fantasy MMORPG. It doesn't matter on the price.
World of Worcraft is kinda dull to me.
Guild Wars 2 is not appropiate.
Runescape just looks old.
Key features I'm looking for:
Bright AND Realistic Graphics, No Anime
Fantasy game, not Science Fiction
Child Appropriate
And, if it's possible, is there a game that lets you choose the story, like Fable.

Yep, I'd give FFXIV a try if I were you, OP.
It has nice graphics, and good storylines with dialogues and such - however... it is a bit anime-ish.
My SWTOR referral link for those wanting to give the game a try. (Newbies get a welcome package while returning players get a few account upgrades to help with their preferred status.)

it has a great community
Villagers and Heroes is a free-to-play MMO Game in which players will experience not just the thrill of battling unique monsters or the satisfaction of tailoring an exquisite robe, but the pleasure of building lasting friendships within a community that truly embraces its members. The game has something to offer everyone, including the opportunity to live a fantastical life that never felt so real. You can have it all!
The most inappropriate thing about MMORPGs are the people playing them. The content of the games themselves is not usually too off in terms of appropriateness. GW2 and Rift should be fine. The Secret World is probably OK too. I haven't seen any nudity, and if there was cussing, it wasn't much. The other players in TSW seemed fairly mature as well.
I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.
