I figured hardly anyone would have a clue what I was talking about if I said I wanted a Conquer Online clone. But if you do then that's what I'm looking for.. Without anything to do with TQ of course.
Anyway I want to find a 2.5D isometric view, open world, pvp based MMO. I want to click to move but as fast paced as possible with a large amount of skill shots that need to be manually aimed for class abilities.
I don't know why this is so hard to find since I'd say isometric games are easier to make and even with today's graphic standards are very popular and quite profitable. Please share if you know something I don't lol.
If WoW was released today even in its' entirety it would be f2p in 3 months.
Why is it still such a big deal?

your name sounds familiar....out of curiosity were u ever on Tiger server?
sad to say i haven't found a game like Conquer online (name was G-no). I use to play a while back. Was my main mmo until TQ added talismans and the ninja class..but anyways i missed the community it was toxic at times but still missed the politics and of course fast blading
Albion Online is still in alpha testing and they aren't really giving out keys. It's worth following though. I too would be interested in a LoL-style MMO.
You could maybe check out King's Road, it's 2.5d isometric view, browser based, can play on mobile, very similar to Torchlight and Diablo though more cartoony like LoL.
Currently playing: Eldevin Online as a Deadly Assassin
Path of Exile, maybe? It'll be hard to find a LoL-MMO since it's designed around short bursts of play, not endless grinding. But I think thaht Path of Exile is pretty good, not too open world though but it feels open enough.
I agree about the Albion part, though. Maybe Runescape? Never played it myself but I suppose that it's an isometric 2.5 open world?function DOMContentLoaded(browserID, tabId, isTop, url) { var object = document.getElementById("cosymantecnisbfw"); if(null != object) { object.DOMContentLoaded(browserID, tabId, isTop, url);} };
function Nav(BrowserID, TabID, isTop, isBool, url) { var object = document.getElementById("cosymantecnisbfw"); if(null != object) object.Nav(BrowserID, TabID, isTop, isBool, url); };
function NavigateComplete(BrowserID, TabID, isTop, url) { var object = document.getElementById("cosymantecnisbfw"); if(null != object) object.NavigateComplete(BrowserID, TabID, isTop, url); }
function Submit(browserID, tabID, target, url) { var object = document.getElementById("cosymantecnisbfw"); if(null != object) object.Submit(browserID, tabID, target, url); };
Well someone is using the Norton tool bar
Many of the 2.5d games are kind of the same, made as easy to play as possible. Most that are advertised as open world MMO have a click quest to auto move there and stuff like that. No skill shots or anything. Let alone a mode that can compare to LoL.
Hope you find a game that fits your list otherwise try Marvel Heroes, f2p, a MOBA'ish pvp map (one lane, minions, towers) and non instanced zones to hunt,quest and meet random people. By the time you have your first hero 60 you likely have found enough currency(splinter) to buy the next random one. Afaik you need 175 splinter to buy a random hero and one drops approx every 8 min which makes it ~24h playtime to get a chance at a new one.

Planetside2
cool open world pvp shooter
i really like Planetside2 - its fast and easy to jump in play a bit and get out.
best Faction - Terran Republic
Path of Exile is the best Isometric game right now. There is very little PvP involved but they are working on it.
Other than that I would say Tera, has the best skill shot pvp in any MMO. If you want Isometric... you can just get a zoom hack I guess?
