    PS it would also be impossible, for the kid, to get the 4 digit code, and swipe the credit Card for 15 mins, right?

    The later content is all paid content, so there are probably going to be far fewer people at higher levels than in the first ten levels. Also, twelve million people signed up for 101 games doesn't mean that there are twelve million active players every month, and it especially doesn't mean there are twelve million concurrent players.

     

    games with this problem will be below 200k players

    i have only had  it in one game, earth&beyond, when they were around 10k players
