LF Mind-Blowing PVP

I just upgraded my system, and I am looking for a good MMORPG to play.

I've got 8GB Ram, 1GB GDDR5 Video Card, and a Dual-Core AMD CPU 3.4Mhz.

 

I am looking for the next things:

- Good PVP if possible starting at really low lvl

- Not very grindy, I'm a casual player but a dungeon here and then sounds fun

- Nice graphics(hence why the PC upgrade :D)

- F2P or B2P(No monthly subscription)

- If possible not a 50GB download like TERA lol, but something lower

- If the PVP is nation-type kind of that's a +

 

I've recently looked at Star Wars: The Old Republic, but any suggestion is welcome, the genre doesen't really matter. What do you guys think?

P.S. Any MMO in 2014 upcoming that meets my requirements you can suggest that.

    Firefall is pretty sweet. Although the system req's are pretty high if you want to get really good FPS in larger scenarios.
