i have spent two days just trying to install the viewer and when i try to call the tech support all i get is a busy signal.
i was so caught up in trying to install the game i didnt notice that they forgot to send my free mouse pad and the site doesnt offer much info on how to solve errors

I can imagine how you feel, its like seeing a prized treasure right infront of you, behind a glass case... so close and yet so far... Hey well at least you have the cover to look at! i have to wait another like 6 months before i even get a gimpse of anything mmorpg related

Niz needs a new cpu and video card.
I had the same problem, my video card didnt have the needed T&L so I have to get a new one, even though the video card I have was listed on the benchmark program, they screwd me over.
