At the top of the email sent this time around says 'STRESS TEST SESSION FRIDAY AT NOON EDT'.
It then goes on to say that they want to break the record of most concurrent players.

Guess I will have to wait for a free trial of the game to come along or the price to halve before I will go for it then as I am not going to fork out £50 + monthly sub for something I may not like or simply may just suck (like so many big named games have done).
Still what is it, 60 days to go before release, still have time to be sent a key, but quickly losing hope now.

Alternatively you can get one of the Curse keys when they go live for people who don't have Curse premium.

If you got an email inviting you back yes. If you were invited back all you need to do is update the game and log in. it will automatically allow you to sign in once beta is live again. No new key redeeming or anything of that nature.

This is some epic bullshit, I've been signed up for the Beta since the first day it was available with 3 email accounts and still haven't gotten an invite.

Well last stress test the did was make people to lag and get random disconnect and if the go to have 1 mega server to host all the player the need to make sure it work as should and if you are true beta test you should always look for bug and last weekend i found 3 bug which i hope the fix to this beta but i guess people like you don't care about help company to fix there game you just want to run and play in it.
Beta test should look for bug and leak the is what a beta tester do not run around just play the game but also look for bug and leak.
If you were in a previous ESO beta, I would assume you are also invited to this stress test unless you broke NDA or otherwise misbehaved. So try and login to the official ESO beta forums and if you can, you should be good for this weekend's test, so fire up your game client and update it.
