Marvel Heroes: Latest Update Deployed & Mac Beta Coming Soon

Gazillion Entertainment has a pair of news items of interest to players of Marvel Heroes Online. First off, the Forge of Asgard is now live across all servers. With the new content, players will be able to take advantage of great customization options for their characters with the Asgardian-themed crafting. Options can include invisibility, giant size, heals and more.

Players can combine up to five Runes with Uru-Forged items to create more potent items that confer exceptional powers to their superhero of choice, including the ability to turn invisible, fully heal, grow to the size of a Frost Giant, and much more.

To celebrate the launch of Game Update 2.2 – Forge of Asgard, this weekend players will receive special bonuses. Drop rates for Runes and Uru-Forged items will be much higher than normal and a daily login bonus grants players free Runes that can be used to forge these powerful items. 

Secondly, Gazaillion announced that the much-anticipated Mac closed beta for Marvel Heroes will begin in late February. Mac users can head to the official site to sign up for the beta test. As yet, there  is no specific date set for the commencement of the CBT.

    I loved that show as kid, shame i can not find any videos or anything online.
