Guild Wars 2 For Free?

I've been playing GW2 since beta, good times, bad times, boring times, exciting times.
I decided to pick up a copy of the Digital Heroic edition around Christmas time thinking I would give it away to someone as a gift (Guild member, friends, friends of friends, etc).
Well, this was about 3 months ago now. So far, this has proven to be THE most single difficult thing to get rid of. I have not found ONE person interested in this FREE copy of Guild Wars 2. It's actually really starting to frustrate me.
Now, Guild Wars 2 is a good game, has decent replayability, great animations, graphics, art style, music, etc. It is pretty good as far an an MMO goes. I mean, it isn't a bad game by any means.
WHY in the world is it so hard for me to find someone who wants to play, for FREE, 100% FREE?

GW2 is one of the game that i wanted to get anyways one day.
