If anyone is good with budget PCs I could use a hand here! My friend asked me to build a new pc for him (hes using a 6 year old Compaq) but he wants to keep his budget in the 600-700 range. He doesn't need any monitor/mouse/keyboard, but does need windows.
His primary use is gaming (MMOs/RTS), and he wants to stream some via twitch. I really appreciate any help you folks can lend!
