  So the new player models are optional to view, as well.

   

  Not bad.

  Loving the updated models so far. And of course having to ride on the ground again.

  I'm one of the odd people who wishes flying mounts had never been introduced. They make the world feel so much smaller.

  When i watched the videos i noticed again that one of the main reasons why i can't go back anymore is that i just CANNOT TAKE the same-o-same sounds for 10years anymore.

  All the combat sounds, all the menu sounds...after hearing this silly paper and drumroll on accepting a quest for literally a million times, the game would need a total sound overhaul to get me back. Worst sound still is the human's combat and dying noise. "ah!...ahhh..."

  Lots of people actually wish that, so you're not alone. I think the idea of flying mounts has a lot of cool factor and seems really good in the short term because of the convenience, but it most definitely has a long-term cost as well.

  Ultimately, some zones in the current game are designed around being able to fly, so it's too late to completely remove it. Also would piss people off who've grinded or paid real money to buy a cool flying mount.

  Tell you one thing, having not played WoW in 3-4 months it's the music..  the Music that pulls me in, but I'll resist till WoD

   As much as I've come to disagree with the direction of WoW since Ulduar - customer service and how well the in-game music was done is something I would argue they set the bar very high for any other company to match. I come to respect it more and more each time I play a different game from another company. It's also nice to see they finally enhanced the character models, and put in some type of housing. It's the first expansion to pique my interest in even the slightest since Wrath, and while I won't be buying I hope it brings something nice for the community to continue to enjoy the game. It's pretty cool to see a game still thriving that I once enjoyed going on almost 10 years now.

  Don't use flying mounts? I like them... especially Druid flight form, world looks amazing from up there!
