Small correction to what he said: starter islands have 6, not 3 skyshards - 3 per island for the alliances with 2 starting islands (EB and DC) and 6 on the AD starter,

    What? That made no sense....

3 per each island for EB/DC and 6 for ad?

EB and DC have 2 starter islands each, 3 shards on each island.

AD only has one island so they get 6 skyshards

There are way too many unnecessary videos being put on YouTube.

This is a prime example - addition of collision detection with NPCs is self explanatory, as is being able to skip the starter islands,

Putting in a 10min video about this adds next to no value to making these points any more clear - because they already are.

Is it all about just getting views in YouTube?

I mean will someone make a 30min video talking about WASD movement, just to get views?

There's a LOT more info in this video than about CD.

    You didn't watch it?

All good things it would seem. Can't wait until the next beta event to experience these changes first hand.

    Exactly what I was thinking.

    @Kano.

It's not so much that the changes didn't need to be recited in an entire video.

It's about reaching a larger viewer base- those who watch Force's videos and weren't aware of the latest in ESO news will now be informed.

    So much this!!!

When I'm in PvP or doing a dungeon, or something along those lines, mouse and keyboard all the way for me. But when I'm just exploring, crafting and/or gathering, running around doing whatever, then I prefer a gamepad.

I am enjoying this. Actually watching a developer in beta make changes according to feedback. is refreshing, just as long as it is mostly aesthetic and doesnt change the core.

Nooo, that's not "professional" at all.

To maximize your views, you'd do a SERIES on ESO movement, with four seperate "in-depth" 10 minute segments devoted to W, A, S and D, rounded of with a 15 min recap on how to combine them...

Is there a place to read a sum of these changes that isn't a video?
