A Gaming Community inspired by the Roman Republic
Why serve when you could rule in the Imperium!
Mission
To build a prosperous nation with dynamic leadership, one that changes with the times. All members are eligible for every leadership ranks. Senators (Officers) control the clan structure, plebeians (Members) control in-game direction and are the military and social core of the clan.
Inspiration
This clan draws inspiration from the ancient Roman Republic in which governing power was divided between the Senate and the Assembles. The Senate was an advisory body and the Assembles are where laws were enacted. In ancient Rome a civilian military was initially led by the Consuls. But as the Republic conquered more lands it was necessary to have the office of Imperator (Dictator). In times of desperate need the Imperator would take absolute control over the Republic. The Senate was where the Imperator was declared and given Imperium.
Basic Structure
Officers with the rank of Senator control the structure and diplomacy of the clan. Each Senator represents a Tribe or family within the Imperium and must maintain a minimum number of followers in order to maintain his leadership position. It is their duty to serve as their tribe representative within the leadership body, ensuring that their members' voice is herd. As a republic, each Senator has a vote in the direction of the clan and elects it's own leadership from within the Senatorial rank.
All full citizens of the Imperium are members of the Plebeian Assembly where much of the larger clan direction is determined. All members of the Plebeian (citizen) class are eligible to vote and elect certain vital leadership roles. Not only do the plebs (full members) form voting blocs that constitute the basic function of tribes, but they also can run for various offices that may arise.
Leadership roles within the Imperium are determined by a given player’s ability to gain and maintain popularity as a leader. It's possible for a leader to hold a high civil rank (Senator) and a low military rank. Likewise, it's also possible for a member to hold a low civil rank and a high military rank by proving exceptional PvP skills.s and titles.

Imperium's The Repopulation chapter is the second chapter in the MMORPG sphere of gaming. Imperium promotes a casual environment, but one lead by structure and diligence. We are dedicated to fostering friendship, unity, organization and quality in everything we do. In The Repopulation, we will focus nation building and therefore all play-styles are welcome to join. About Us
The Impact Gaming Community is a gathering of friends with a passion for gaming. Our core group consists of players who have fought alongside each other in the past in various online games. We are now in a different stage of our lives, but we do not let that change our desire to win. In fact, we use that to our advantage. By emphasizing good communication and excellent teamwork, we meet our in-game goals without the sacrifice of a healthy personal life.
Our sensible raid schedule does not limit our ability to reach the top. Playing hard is important, but we also believe playing smart is better. Many of our members are working professionals, full-time students, or new parents. We often bring our real life skills into the game to give us an extra edge. Whatever our expertise, we apply our out-of-game talents to every challenge. We prefer to work efficiently, taking full advantage of our community forums and Teamspeak to stay well-informed and coordinated.
We enjoy sharing good laughs on Teamspeak and goofing off in-game. But when raid time rolls around, we put on our game face, ready to tackle the challenges before us. Events are strategized in advance, recorded on video, and parsed to review our own performance, always looking for room to improve. We encourage skillful play, quick thinking, and adaptability. Our players want to be the best and show it. We accept nothing less.
The guild plans to pursue end-game content as soon as possible. We are always looking for like-minded people with positive and colorful personalities to play with and join our ever-expanding family.

Applicants must be adults, and possess intelligence, be considerate, and enjoy friendly competition. A sense of humor is totally a must! We do not like drama; we’re all here to have a good time together.
Reliable– You’re responsible and can be counted on!
Our players are able to follow a schedule. They check the forums frequently, and communicate with members and leaders. We consider communication one of the most important aspects to a successful linkshell. If you signed up for a raid and can’t make it, please let your teammates know!
Skillful– You desire to play at the maximum potential.
You can do this using your past knowledge and experience of game mechanics, or by investing time to research, test new things, or practice playing your role until you can execute it with precision. You must be the kind of person who pushes the envelope in the gaming world, evolving and adapting to an ever-changing gaming environment.
