Dekaron issues (skillpoints)

hi, can anbyone help me with a specific problem, it's regarding skillpoints resetting, i did it once, and since recently, i blew a lot of skillpoints in useless skills, so i was going to reset them again, yet, this time, it didn't work, the guy gave a message, which i obviously do not understand, it's all on the screenshot, if anyone can solve this issue, please feel free to tell me. image

I have a tree, a tree that's in my garde, but my garden's too small for the tree, so the tree is in my house, that means i don't have a house .... who am i anyway?

    have you tried it after the new update came out, maybe it's a bug ? or you could try asking on the dekaron official boards, just say you haven't learned korean yet as an excuse and that if any1 could possibly reply in english

    i suppose i could try that, but it isn't a bug i think, neither before nor after the patch was i able to reset skillpoints.
