I am looking for something that will have these things
PvP with good pvp population and pvp isnt completely ignored by the devs
Alive population
More to the realistic side of graphics rather than cartoony
Has warlock/necromancer classes
Has many abilities or a ton of customization(limited action skillset is limited and the customizations usually arent really good/big )
Any good suggestions?

is the a specific freeshard?
Yeah its the newest classic freeshard that is massively populated at the moment. DAoC Origins: Genesis.
Rift, you can start pvp battlezones at lvl 10 and world pvp is fun too.
Tera has good pvp but world pvp is lvl 10 and I think you gotta hit lvl 40 before you can do battlezones.
SWTOR battlezones start at lvl 10. They also have pvp servers.
GW2 currently has the best large scale pvp. Get on a populated server or you will regret it seriously.
ESO when it launches will have the best large scale pvp.
