PvP Performance

in Elder Scrolls Online

I've heard and watch alot of videos about how good PvP is and how smooth it runs but its a different story for me. 50v50 battles for me turns into a 15fps unresponsive mess. Even on minimum settings it gets no better. I'm curious to know how everyone else is doing.

My PC is FX-6300, 7850, and I run the ESO on ultra with about 50fps.

Do you think the launch version be more optimized? Please post your specs, what fps, and settings your running when in Cyrodiil.

    Obviously its your system.. I run a laptop everything set to max.. Never checked my framerate because the game was allways smooth And framerates barely (never noticed such) drop in PvP...  How much memmory do you have?  Are the latest driver installed?  

    Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

    8gb memory and my driver is 14.1

    I have a similar system and I'm not having any issues.

    FX 6350

    HD 7870

    8 Gigs

    Runs great from me on max settings.

     

    I did get a bit of lag last night but it seems it was a server issues that booted the whole zone(in Cyrodiil) and actually rolled back .

    I was PvPing earlier and it was very smooth. I havent seen much if any latency or framerate drops besides the occasional server wide lag. My system is i5 3550, amd 7770, 8gb ram.

    I am running your same setup getting 100+ FPS in massive 200 person battles that tells me either your drivers are outdated or you have bad internet. or something is dieing on you your comp.  I am literally using same spec you are and running ultra settings.  Not a troll just trying to help.

    Is your cpu overheating? Sometime when you CPU overheats it downclocks itself and  this being a MMO it requires a lot of cpu power.

    Try a different campaign. On some I have 30 sec lag, on others non.

    No the temperature caps at 55 mostly.

    No it isnt. Today was horrible. It was good last beta weekend. But today everyone I spoke to got huge lags and delay. I had 10-15 seconds delays from clicking to execution of the ability.

    And the chat exploded with complains all afternoon/evening, so it was an issue for most people.

     

    This is just so absurd. PVP is THE selling point for endgame, the graphics are simplified mainly because of PVP, and when the first REAL mass battles occur the entire damn system becomes a joke! FOUR WEEKS BEFORE RELEASE!

    Lol!  Don't get your panties in a bunch.  Jesus.  This is one time out of all the beta weekends it happened and you think the sky is falling.
