what is This Templar Healing Build ? V10 dungeon healing

Pedro here is Templar with light armour and sword and board. Healing in Vet level 10 dungeon.
What spells is he using , whats his build etc do you think ?
Obviously hes with a team that know what they are doing but doesn't this vid show a healing templar can do just fine without a Resto staff ? There is a backup healer here too mind.

It looks like he figured out the same thing I did;
Healing Ritual with the Lingering Ritual morph, while having a longer cast time, heals for almost twice as much as the Resto Staff number 1 skill, which is the commonly spammed one, and it costs about 40% less mana.
He's using Healing Ritual (Lingering Ritual) as his bread and butter heal. He has Magelight from the Mages Guild line. At about 7:00 minutes he casts a ring on the ground, which is Circle of Protection from the Fighters guild.
He also has Rushed Ceremony for spike heals, I believe. He casts it at 7:45.
So from what I saw,
Mage Light
Healing Ritual
Rushed Ceremony
Circle of Protection

What is he using mage light for ? The boss is spawning invisible mobs ?
Is he in full light armour ?
What is he doing with the shield skills ?
