What happens to AH when a Keep is taken?

RazankaRazanka Member UncommonPosts: 67

Just wondering what happens if your guild loses their keep do the items in the AH get mailed back to the seller with the deposit or do they stay up for sale for the new controlling alliance? Also what happens if the auction is time based does the highest bidder win automatically or does the item get refunded to the seller?

    Nothing,

When you have a Keep, all that happens is your guild shop can now be looked at by non guild members.

There is no bid, just buy. Then when you lost the keep, the NPC who allows others to see your guild shop is gone.

All other guild members can still view the guild shop the normal way (at the bank)

Afaik the guild "shop" in the keep is just a public interface to the guild's internal AH. It allows the general public to access the guild's internal shop and buy goods.

So if the guild loses control of a keep, all that actually happens is the public interface to their internal shop ceases to exist. The shop itself always exists for the guild members.

In other words a guild needs to have at least 50 members before it can have a shop in a keep it owns.
