Better hotkey options. I've never played a fantasy mmo where I didn't move using the mouse and trigger abilities with wasd and other keys. I'll get used to the mouse attacking before too long, but you not being able to bind key combinations like shift or control + anything is decade old settings options for no damn reason.
- The phasing fix where group members are all on the same part of a quest chain (lowest member) that they are supposed to be trying to implement. I almost want to say you need it in before release, because it will tick a lot of folks off that want to play with friends/guildies.
- Improvements to melee combat (will have to see the latest patch)... because hitting air is exactly what it felt like in the beta weekends to me.
- More/better ways to distinguish between friendly NPC's, unfriendly NPC's, and players (this goes towards the addon community as well as ZOS). I had issues with this until I turned on healthbars in options, but I saw numerous occasions where I could tell other players were trying to hit me thinking I was a mob.
- Would have said better storage, but that seems to be improved in the latest patch.
- I'm worried about armor/weapon skin variety, but I haven't played the whole game yet, so it's more of a we'll see before I make a full opinion. Would really like to see a dye system in place at some point, though, for sure.
- This one is just a reach, but I would like to see some mini-games (I don't even know if the game has these or not) such as the card game in FF9, archery contests like in Fable, etc.
They can't improve the game right now. 3 months after launch when we have broken it, they can. Until that game goes live and players start pulling out the exploits and work around tactics, all they can do is try and make it bug free and stable.

I thought about this a while.
I think ESO could be improved by offering Phase Mods to players, to allow them to put in Housing or game textures customized to their own wants.
Its got an M rating so its not like they have to go around and make sure that kids are not making nude content in their phases.
