So basically, if you want to rez anyone or keep your weapons charged, you have to keep a spell slotted on an already limited action bar. Sounds like it would just encourage people to ignore rezzing other players so that they don't have to worry about filling soul gems so often.
Thank you for yet another helpful video! This was one of the things that was not as intuitive for me and I'm glad you will prevent a few people from the puzzlement and waste of running from far away wayshrines, that was my experience... (sighs and then smiles).

Weapons with enchantments work the same as in the offline ES games, they have to be recharged periodically if you want to keep your enchantment active.

I usually charge up a batch of Soul Stones, say around 12 to 20, and then that's all I need for a good few hours. Once you morph the ability so that 2 soulstones get charged per kill it only takes a few minutes, if that.
I don't bother rezzing players any more, since they usually hit respawn before I finish or, in a couple of cases, they refused the rezz. I just use the stones to rezz me now.

So you only charge a weapon when it has been enchanted ? Otherwise it is pointless.

When you first enchant the weapon, it's fully charged. During combat the charge is used up, until it runs out completely. You can use a filled soul crystal at any point to recharge the enchantment's power.

As a healer I bring like 40-50 to PVP, I usually use them too. I wish other people would realize that when you have the option to rez it is probably worth it, you can bring a 10 man team immediately back as a second wave to diminishing forces. Especially if you see any downed Veteran players.

Steady on. We dont want lazy inept players getting rezs if they cant get the basics right nor do we want to set a precedent that healers do the rezzing. Make lazy buggers walk.

Nice to know this.... The game itselves refuses to give me this kind of information... But i guess that is ver simmilar to older mmos and adds to the community feeling of people helping eachother with advice
so if my weapon is only charged for 50% does that mean the enchantmentbis only working for 50 % or is it working for all the full effect till it is drained completely?

Currently it works for the full effect until it drains completely. Don't know if they're planning on changing that, but that's how it works at the moment.

No. It's all or nothing: any kind of charge and you get the full effect. No charge you get no effect. Just like in Skyrim

This is just an assumption, but I believe you would be full effect until the weapon is empty. Others can correct me if I am wrong, but it makes sense to work that way.

They also have a passive still you can get that auto fills and empy souls gem upon the death of the enemy. So really you only have to worry about that skill slot till you get the passive, then no worries.
