Can you build house from scratch or blueprint only?
I mean, can you buy blueprints for walls and doors and piece them together customizably or:
is there the only 'buy blueprints from D Stars and then build pre-made houses everyone already has/can buy too'?
Because there is variety, sure, but with the player base? It would be cooler to make a custom house but i don't know is this possible?

You need to buy a blueprint to build a basic house. There are several different types of basic houses that you can build, from super small to the large guild mansion house.
Blueprints are bought from Delphi coins that you get from Trade Runs (Russian version) or Dailies (Korean Version).
Now for decorating there are several items you can buy or there are tools on the Korean version that you ( I don't know if Russian has these tools yet) can import into the game to create anything you want.
