[Review] Mighty Quest for Epic Loot: It's All About Pocketing Shiny Riches

Ubisoft is attempting to bring some of the whole tabletop experience back into play with their new game “The Mighty Quest For Epic Loot”. It is a free-to-play dungeon crawler that lets you pick a class, choose your powers, kill some beasts then loot their treasure. The twist is you can then hop behind the dungeon master’s screen and design dungeons that other players can run. Does the game capture the old school fun from both sides of the table?     Not sure how you can possibly give social a score of SIX. You can't even chat/whisper with people on your friends list.

     

    I'd give that category a TWO and it's a game breaker for me also.

    I believe the reviewer played this game approx to level 6 or 7 with one class? 

    Very poor game and weak-poor-blind review.Dont spend a dime on this title unless you have hundreds of dollars with you.The DEV's do not care about this game, and apply only small tweaks in weeks and call them patch. IT is a money trap and it shall be unless they put a hard working developer in and fire the one who's in charge now.

    All f2p games are. But you seems to expect they should be working for free with no Income at all.

     

    A question, not directed specifically at this poster, though:

    When someone raids your castle or loot your corpse, is that loot taken from your stash/bank, or is the game paying, if you understand what I mean? I'm temped to check it out, but if my castle can be successfully raided and leave me broke, then I already know I'll hate it.

    I think Megilindir takes himself and the game too seriously. The game does not disguise the fact it is simple

    Yeah..probably i do take it too seriously i just spend money on a package and wanted a refund.Sadly couldn't get it back.

    The problem is they are actually not working on this game.It is simple fun till the mid game then it changes drastically.

    Anyway, learned my lesson.Every information has some price = )

    p.s: you are right by the way. I shouldnt be taking it that serious.Cheers = )
