Of the ones I have seen this one just has it all.
And the fact that much of the serie takes place in a RL-MMORPG just makes it awesome.
I say get them all but if you are unable just make sure you get the OVA series, Greedo island!!!

Well I stoped watching anime along time ago but the one I did watch was Dragon Ball Z!!!!!!!!!! and I also like Final Fantasy Advent children which is kinda like a anime but in 3D and Final Fantasy last order which is a anime.
Wtf...where's Vampire Hunter D? And Outlaw Star? C'mon guys! Those are greats!
I'm also a fan of Steam Punk. That's a type of anime, not a show or movie. Just the style.

NARUTO the japanese version with english subs.. I CAN'T STAND THE CN voice for NARUTO is sucks.

I never really liked anime. I've always tried to watch it, but never got into it... until recently.
Samuri Champloo is hands down the coolest cartoon I have ever seen! Followed closely by Paranoia Agent. I prefer the story in paranoia agent, mainly because when your stoned you really get into it lol, but the animation in Champloo are amazing.
Some of the older stuff I enjoyed was Akira, Ghost in the Shell(the new one isn't bad either), and of course Ninja Scroll.
I loathe Inuyasa
...that show need to be taken off of the adult swim line up LOL, no offense intended. I can't get into full metal alchemist either... just something about it...
Is lupin the 3rd considered anime? Hehe i'm so glad it's back on, another one of my favorites.

This siggy is CGI that my cousin made in 4 hours.
I've noticed alot of these favorite animes have already reached america.
Like cowboy bebop and inuyasha.
For those who watched animes in jap with subs this does not invovle you.
For the others who watched translated versions that american companies licensed that they are freakin dubbed versions.
If your looking for the animes you like at its tip top shape should watch it in jap with subs.
Considering nothing is cut out.
Hellsing, hands down.
