    Argonians.

    They are colorful, they have scales and shiny skin, they have huge tail, they don't have hairs, instead they get horns or feathers.

    Also, their racial armor is the best, becouse it's in this distinctive, fascinating pre-columbian america style.

    They can be pretty much any colour or marking but I like green ones myself since they seem to blend in to the grass
