New to mmorpg and rpg New Game suggestions

DrakoktonosDrakoktonos Member Posts: 2

So i am very very new  to rpg games and the only rpg i played are mass effect saga and skyrim...

and thats preety much it

Further i can only play with controlller,gamepad........gampad mapped with xpadder etc.etc.

i am never going for k+m combination as when i think of gaming i think of relaxation and fun and i dont feel like that with a mouse and keyboard.(its not about getting a hang around...a lot of refined gaming is depended on muscle memory and i have played only with controller all the time)

I like hacking and slashing and i could be considered a fan of Devil may Cry Series And God Of War Saga.

Not into shooter and fps hell no.I am one of those guys who have problem with fps...dont feel comfortable around.

Apart from limited dynamics in the defination of comfortable gaming in my dictionary.....i m good at gaming.

So i want to play games that involve something like this...umm...for example the witcher 2....downloading it right now.

But i want to play online with a bit of voice chatting too.

Also i completely suck at being a community bee......and i m bit of a shy kind of guy.Very Very new...open to any kind of friendship too.

Are you looking for PC or gaming system? Did you want MMO or just RPG? I recommend the new shadow run were ever you can get it. If your on a PC honestly once you go mouse and keyboard its way better. But you should be able to keybind a game pad to almost any game. FFXIV comes to mind as gamepad friendly and ESO will be I believe. If your using a gaming system DIII I have heard lots of good things about.

i am on pc now....new rig and my first one.

I am looking for mmo or rpg or mmorpg......anything involving hacking and slashing.....swords,hand to hand....anything which doesnt involve guns.

Is FFIV reallly good....and does it envolves sensible story for new playeor or does it envolve only giving orders with buttons(made no sense at all to me)

Because last time in my 360 i had lightning returns which i played like 30 minutes (felt like an alen )apart from magnificient cutscenes it was pure torcher.....the type of game i want i think they are making FFV like that

Vindictus and FFXIV are two MMORPGs that can be played with gamepad on a PC.
I want to help design and develop a PvE-focused, solo-friendly, sandpark MMO which combines crafting, monster hunting, and story.  So PM me if you are starting one.

DC Online can be played with a controller, it is a pretty fun game also. It fits your hack/slash requirement too.
