Deep Silver has announced that Sacred III will officially hit retail release on August 26th. To celebrate the momentous announcement, Deep Silver also released a new trailer to show off game play for the very first time. Check it out and let us know what you think in the comments.
Publisher Deep Silver pulled back the curtain on the upcoming and anticipated Sacred 3 today, revealing the first eye-popping gameplay footage for the arcade Hack ‘n’ Slash title. The trailer introduces a selection of unique character classes that will be available giving fans a glimpse of the fast-paced co-op action against countless enemies. The newest installment of the classic Sacred series will be available on August 26 in North America for the Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft and the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system as well as Windows PC.

Like Torchlight? Like Path of Exile ? Like MU Online? Lets wait for specifics before claiming a game is a clone purely based on visuals...
Dude come on, some of those areas looked so close to D3.

Again... looks do not really matter, the gameplay does unless you really wanna get into the area of "This game is so obviously a clone because it looks like one!' (not a good argument, check Terraria vs Minecraft for a eloquent enough example).
Umm i guess you never played Sacred 1 and 2?

lol..D3 clone? It's an ARPG, most games from the genre kinda do look a little similar to EVERY other ARPG. The whole clone thing is old and stale and they should just retire the term itself. It's a clone of this it's a clone of that. And to me Sacred 3 doesn't look like D3 .. hey it does remind me of another game though, Sacred 2.
