It looks like you're new here. If you want to get involved, click one of these buttons!
1. Open world Diablo 4 with seamless non loading screen instances just like promised by WoD recently.
2. Extrema hard end game to progress through. Bring back Hell and Inferno difficulties, not "choose grandma" style easy levelling.
3. Bring back trade with a Gold only economy in which you can SELL stuff to advance in crafting, grinding mats.
4. Make all gear free to trade again BUT to avoid inflation ...once you traded/bought it make it BOA so it leaves the economy.
5, The last bosses in Inferno should always be adapted to the gear you wear, so the scaling of challenge should be reviewed each fight.
Pull the plug out of this current D3 console style play. It is simply a waste of time with no real challenge.
It is incredible but they managed to re publish D3 with a more crappy version than version 0.1
Junk loot was replaced with junk food you throw away after X Days due to no trade/challenge.

1. That's never been a feature of Diablo games. Diablo series =/= Sacred series.
2. Turn it up to Torment VI and have fun. Even folks with top notch gear can easily die to elite / champ packs. Just because an easier setting is available doesn't mean you have to use it. Stop worrying about how other people choose to play the game, it doesn't affect you.
Not to mention 95% of the people whining about challenge aren't even playing on torment VI.
3. What does it matter if you salvage the stuff for mats, or trade for gold to buy mats? The end result is the same.
4. Ah, so there it is. Another BoA hater. Sorry, but the majority of folks don't have a problem with that. Plus I'm willing to be that after a few months of compiling data, the restrictions will be relaxed a bit (allowing trade with clan members or people on your friends list).
The game offers plenty of challenge. Ten bucks says you're only able to do Torment 3 or 4. Furthermore you can make your own challenge by removing pieces of gear, or using a lower DPS weapon, or going back to D1 style live off the land or ironman gameplay. Or start a new character on Torment 1 and give that a go.
2.0 made a good game great, and RoS will up the ante even more. D2 is still active & is obviously what you want, so go play that. Or go do races in PoE or something.

This .. No one should claim D3 is too easy or too hard. Choose the difficulty you like.
I'm still looking for Diablo 2. We had Diablo which was an awesome rogue like dungeon crawl game and then we have this other series of games that are MMORPG lite quest games. D2 took the game in the wrong direction and D3 just copied it and streamlined everything for today's ADD generation of gamers.
I don't want a open world D3.
D3 is never about an open world. It is always about solo (or small group) in a dungeon faced with hordes of mobs, and challenging combat.
Sorry OP, you'll have to live with D3 until / if D4 is developed. If you don't enjoy it, just don't play. Pretty simple. Nobody needs to listen to your tears. Especially when you are wrong...
You know what.... I actually think a Sacred MMO would have faired well against D3.... AND they would have had Blind Guardian... so there's that. Blasted Solar Prophet reminding me of awesome games long gone that you force me to Google... and find out there is going to be a Sacred 3 this year. AWWWW YEAAH!

Ah...you want a sandbox...
It took them only around 10 years to give D3......i be 45 when D4 hits the shelves xD
Seriously tough they realy made some huge mistakes with this one
Blizz is fixing what they can, but all that damage is already done
Just wondering: What do you mean with "all that damage is already done".
Are you talking game mechanics or the closed minded consumers who won't give D3 a second chance?
If mechanics, I disagree. The game and systems are great.
If closed minded consumers...I can't help stupid...
Its like saying the first album from band x is rubbish therefore despite reviews saying the new album is brilliant - I won't buy it! Lol

Adventure mode is about as open and random/crazy and with T6 HARD epic dungeon running bossing killing ARG glory that you could possibly get.
And if you do that ^ in Hardcore, huge RISK (which supposedly is what ya'll want.)
What's the point? What's the reward?
Ladders are coming.
I want D3, but I also want D4. Just sayin...
Personally, I think you are looking at the wrong gaming series. Blizzard went out on a limb with classic D3. They really changed a beloved series in ways a lot of players did not expect. Blizzard realized that a lot of people did not like the new aspects of the game, and therefore went back on some of them of which the auction houses were one. You have to admit that overall they were not popular even if you happened to enjoy using them.
One of the main focuses of the Diablo series, and games like it, is finding great loot. The devs made it virtually impossible to find anytning nice because they expected you to buy it from someone on an auction house. This proved to be too much for a lot of Diablo players to deal with.
The new loot system is a huge step up from the old though it is not perfect. I wish they would relax the BoA legendaries a bit because I would have liked to give some of my Wizard's low level gear to someone starting a Wizard on my friends list.
I also think that the difficulty can be quite challenging so not sure where you are coming from. The end bosses are easier now than they were at release of D3, that is true, but the elites and minor bosses can be quite hard depending on what they are.
I personally feel that D3 is on the right track now. It does not feel like D2 or D1, but that is not a bad thing.
Playing MUDs and MMOs since 1994.
I got your Deliverance!
Where's my banjo?!!
Wouldn't giving the gear to someone else just cheapen their own fun in their eternal saga of finding more loot?
Just like getting run through dungeons by high level characters in an MMO...ruining my experience of any possible challenge from the dungeon.
Yeah .. i am psyched about Sacred 3 too .. and i like that it is NOT a MMO.
I am all for BoA. Given someone gear to bypass normal to T1 means you rob him of some fun.
With the "gear re-set" via level cap of 70 and everyone being self-found at max level...I think the game will be fun again for a lot of people because they won't be sporting their bought gear anymore.
It should take a while for people to gear up in power like they have now at level 60.
