Pre - order Problem

in Elder Scrolls Online

I´m just writing with Zenimax Online because of the Imperial Edition. Since i bought it at Amazon and it will be not here on 4th of April and we know the next days are weekend, so the Box will be here earliest on 7th of April. As they said, the grace period (where you have to enter your key) lasts until 6th of April so i was wondering if i just loose the ingame items or if i cant login anymore.

 

Anyone else dealing with that "problem"?

    This is why I did not order it online this time around, I wanted the physical edition, but the amount of days past apr 4 would have been longer then when I was suppose to enter the key for the game.    If you find an answer to this, post it on here, I might preorder a second edition.

    I pre order from Amazon and had a 7th date but it was changed to the 4th.  Talk to Amazon about getting release day delivery.

    Preorder code is different than the game code for Imp edition. My digital came with a code for early access and the preorder items. My IMP edition code will come at a later date per Zenimax and greenmangaming. Amazon should have sent you a preorder code or maybe it is attached to the order.

    i do have the preorder code. Question is, when i do not enter the code of Impeial Edition (so the one in the Box) can i login without the ingame items or is a login impossible till i enter the key. So early access isn´t the problem.

    I asked them this question and i will post the answer right here.

    After the initial 48-hour grace period that begins on April 4, customers who pre-ordered the physical Imperial Edition must enter their Imperial Pack code in the box in order to retain these items and to fully unlock the full Imperial Pack contents.

    That's stupid!! What is the point of having a special edition with all the bonuses as preorder???   Looks like they are trying to lock sales with preorders as they aren't sure how if it will sell after release. Makes me wonder about how they envision the state of the game...think I'll cancel my pre-purchase.

    Damnit thanks. Sometimes it´s good to read sentences till the end not thinking you have every information that you need.
