Well as most of you I received ESO email telling us to update now, so I ran the launcher, switched server to EU since that's where I plan to play, and there was no update button, only Install. After few seconds of googling it suggested that I let it create the EU folder and then copy everything from normal one. So I did. Now i had "Elder Scrolls Online" and "Elder Scrolls Online EU" folder. However the launcher keeps saying install, not update. When I click that it creates a new folder inside ESO EU's depot folder named patchdata.depot, which has partial files, like 22gb.
I thought the issue was with launcher so I deleted it and downloaded new one from ESO website. But now it keeps saying Install not Update whichever server I try - EU or NA. And when I click install it creates in depot's folder patchdata.depot folder with all partial data it is downloading.
How can I fix this? It knows the game folders for both servers are there, but it doesn't check for what files there are inside. It just starts downloading everything from the beginning by creating in the server's depot folder a new folder named patchdata.depot partial files.

Yeah right.................. Downloading almost 35gb will be faster than changing folder's name. Amazing logic. Or do you think EU people are so special and we have completely different type of ESO and that every single file is different? I don't think so.
