Definitely Bellato for me. I like the little crafters. The races/factons seem really cool in RFO, it is a main point of interest for me, along with the RvRvR and the very nice artwork. I just hope it plays different from Lineage II, since I've heard some comparisons between the two games.
Bellato appear to be sort of a hybrid of combat fighters/magic users? Is this right? I know I read that they are known as "Engineers", so I figure they've make good Specialists, or crafters, which I might try out. Only I am not sure if this will effect my progression in combat skills, because if you multi-class, you may not be as good as a pure fighter or crafter . . . still not sure of a lot of stuff I guess, but I know I will play Bellato. I go with the underdogs.
Yes the anitipation for the game is killing me. From all the in game videos and pictures it looks like this game shouldn't let anyone down. The RvRvR is something to look forward to. I've been to a lot of RFO forums and looks like bellato is gonna be the dominating race. It's looking more like the Accretians will be the underdogs. It'll take a lot of strategy and teamwork to win the mine wars, I'm looking forward to the challenge. I plan on making the top 100 of my race, so I have a lot of work ahead of me. Good luck to all!
Yes I must agree with you 2. The games graphics and art work are amazing. This game seems like it wont let people down. I do hope it does not have such a steep leveling curve like Lineage II tho becasue that what drove me away from that game but this game looks very very good. I cant wait for it to be released.. or if i get beta haha:).

You really feel that Bellato will be the most played race? I was kind of under the impression that they would be least played, since we all know people go bonkers over Elven races, and with a new robotic (and awsome) looking race that is the Accretians, I just kinda figured Bellato would be the underdogs. I'd REALLY like to know though. I'm debating on whether or not to join the race that is fewer, or go with the race I'd like to go with most (which as of right now i'd say im leaning more towards Accretians, if not them, then I would really like to make a Cora Warrior, though I get the feeling there will already be a billion Cora Warriors lol)
Hmm looks like the americans love the mech look of accretians,I myself am going cora,I love summoners.In all other versions of the game accretians were the underdog,looks like cora will be the underdog in this version .
Yourmom, where did you get this info? If this is true, then I'm definately thinking of going with Cora. Still too hard to tell. I need to do more research haha
Ram, I think you may be right. All the people who tend to join the elven races in games do so because of the looks. If the accretians are the ones with the favorite looks, then then population of elven players will greatly decrease :P
Seeing people posts of their expieriences in different versions of the game is where I got my info from,as well as watching video's of chipwars in various versions of the game.It was usually bellato dominateing and cora in second and accretia last.In US/UK version it looks like it will be Accretian>Bellato>Cora.

You know they had the same exact thread as this. If you would just use your eyes and look down the lists, then you won't have to ask the same question over and over again and do the same polls over and over again. Plus, you won't get an accurate result from this poll because the experienced players aren't going to see this thread. So noobs, if you want to play RF, at least learn to read.
Personally, I'm going to try out a Cora before any other race. I'm hoping to learn the game with them, then recreate a different character later on in hope to make a better one. Ah... the old MMORPG strategy; how I love it. Also, The Cora have taken my interest from the look of their characters from teh screen shots. I've always been somewhat of a fan of Elves in these sort of games (Elvaans, Night Elves, et cetera), and so that may also play a little part in it. Not to mention I think the Acretians looks a bit gaudy, and the Bellantio race is a bit... eh... too human.
I picked Cora mainly because I believe all the kids will go Accretian for the Gundam look thing. Kinda like in WoW when you knew all the kids were going to be Alliance. Bellato have the mechs which will be a turn on for them. Honestly I think it should be fairly balanced.
I apologize if there was already a race poll already set up. I did skim through the threads so i must have missed it. Newayz, not everyone one is gonna see the older polls so this one is here to help also. And far as accuracy goes all you do is take the total votes and multiply by %age and you'll get a number of how many votes were that race. do the same to get a full accurate idea of the class diversity. Math 101 easy stuff. It's accurate regardless.
Actually, it seems the races are pretty well balanced in percentages. The Acretian only leading by less than 5%. What really should be the question is what class to choose. It would be a waste to train a Acretia warrior if you were planning to use their "Big Guns." So, find out more about classes first and last should be the race.
If I were to pick up this game I would probably go with the Bellato. I don't know the Mech thing really interests me. I've been waiting for a good mech style game and I don't think Front Mission Online will do any justice. I'm just hoping this will be as good as they say because I 'm getting a bit board of City of Heros.
Accretia no question... reminds me so much of Tekkaman (such a classic series .... don't worry, i won't be yelling TEKSETTER!!! every time I log in... though i might yell VOL-TEKKA when I brind out my siege launcher ^_^ )
Cora is all teh way for me. Especially since they got the hotties of the game lol. Also since I like how they got that mix of weapon and magic in them and like I seriously like teh summons that a Cora Summoner can bring out. So cool and look strong, really strong!!!

Im going Accretian because they kick major arse in mine wars up until lvl 35 were it starts to get even, and even then Accretians OWN!!!
On the topic of amount of ppl playing the races it will go like this :
Accretian : 60%
Bellato : 25%
Cora : 15%

How ever I do believe MMORPG.com is where the hardcore hangout and that may indicate that the power players will be going Acrretia

Ok so ive been researchin more and now it ends up like this...
Accretian : 45%
Cora ( which is now gettin a good amount of attention mostly cuz of summoners) : 25%
Bellato : 30%
