Preordered but no access code?

Bought the digital imperial edition a couple of hours ago.  Got my email confirming my purchase immediately, but have not received my early access code, nor does my purchase show up in my billing history, and my account status still just says beta access.  Anyone else order today or recently and experienced a delay in access?  I submitted a request for help, but haven't received the call yet.  *sigh* Frustrating.

    Did you order it from Zenimax?  That should have activated straight away, I'd have thought.

    I bought same one as you did  weeks ago, the key should be listed in your account page, and you don't have to redeem the key when you bought the digital from thier webstore, just log in and play.

    I heard in my local store that everybody who got pre order after 27th will get it on 31th. Just for the heads up :D
