Anyone get early access from Amazon pre-order?

I pre-ordered from Amazon a week ago and still have not received my 3 day early access code.  Anyone else have any luck?

    Even if you get it, it's not certain you would be able to log in and play anway....

    @ mike Sorry to see that I'd be pissed ha, again sorry. Exactly why I wait (not a dig at you for not) I just get pissed about that type of thing, especially in a scenario where I paid extra or upfront to have it.

    I stopped ordering new game releases through amazon after my "The Burning Crusade" collector's edition was a week late.  I ended up having to buy a copy locally, and returned the amazon one, just so I could play.

    I just finished preordering, sent me the email immediately. I registered and am updating an old beta client from a few months ago. Not sure why you havent gotten it yet. Did you check the first few emails you got soon after ordering? They call it "Promotional Code"

    No promotional email.  I only received an email telling me that I would receive an email when the game is available for download.

    I preordered the collectors physical edition and my local still dont have it.

    I didn't got a promotional code as well yet.

    This is bad :(

    I ordered my digital Imperial edition from Amazon. I got my key email in less than 24 hrs. I was able to update my account after getting the code and was able to start on the first day of the 5 day head start.

    I don't normally order games through Amazon, but I had a $53 credit, so I gave it a shot.

    I am just going to cancel my pre-order with Amazon and order through the ESO official site.  Anyone have a bad experience going through ESO?

    no problems at all with getting mine through Zenimax site.

    contact them.  I didnt use Amazon but they should have given you a code by email shortly after pre-purchasing the game IMO. I got it from GreenMan Gaming way before the early access started and 1) i got an email with my code right away, and 2) i got the same code instantly on my GMG account.

     

    I would think amazon digital was as effective?

     

    EDIT: i missed the physical edition part... my bad. But still, I would contanct them as you should get the code on the receipt (just like gamestop and other stores do)
