Alchemy stun potion?

in Elder Scrolls Online

I have read elsewhere that this will create a stun potion

Stun – Emetic Russula, Water Hyacinth

Has anyone tried this? If so, how does the stun effect work?

Does it affect the drinker or the enemy?

    I wasn't clear there.. the 'stun' effect makes you immune to stuns temporarily. It makes an 'Unstoppable' potion.

    I have discovered one poison effect... which really doesn't help my healing Templar with the Restoration Staff very much...  I'll have to give it to one of my alts.  I hope it is applied in a different fashion than in Skyrim since it's not feasible in real time to check your inventory -- freezing the action -- and apply a poison right when you need it.
