How is game support now that they pulled the plug on AC2?  Things getting done when promised?

    The monthly patches appear to be released on time.

    The support staff still responds quickly to emails and phone calls.

    I never personally called them. I just heard about it on the message boards from a different website. I just heard that their phone support is good at solving problems.
