Anyone else finding this guy hilarious? I simply love stumbling upon this guy during the mages guild questline and the occasional open world quests.

    Hes actually really annoying but I did get a laugh out him when he poofed a dancing archer in front of me.

    I was very excited to see him before level 10.  He's so ridiculous it's funny.  And the fact that it's a running questline means more future interactions.. YAY

    I recommend anyone that enjoys their interaction with him in ESO to pick up the Shivering Isles expansion for TES IV: Oblivion. All Sheogorath, all the time! :)

    Have not met him yet. He always brings a smirk on my face. A nervous one... with a twitchy eye... Played the shivering isles. Its a lot of laught stuck in your throat humor. First half of the second haha second half come with realization of what you just started to laugh about and disgust about doing so. Its a masterpiece :D

    I hope the demon god of madness did not got "kiddyd" down in TESO.
