This looks pretty useful well made and i'm sure many ESO gamers will appreciate you posting this.
Thank you very much I worked on it all day. Credit is due to many people for the info, I just put it all in one place and tried to make it look the best I could.

You know I don't actually know for certain as I spent most of my day just getting the locations. One would think the values in white would change, either by level, or some other factor though, since white means they can. If anyone knows, I'd be happy to add that info there.
AFAIK, these are stations that craft specific items.
When you craft, all items are level one. Through the adding of different materials (more iron, more steel) you up the level of the item (and all related attributes).
I'm fairly sure they work the same way. I'll try to check today to verify but I'm just trying to get over this level 10 hurdle at the moment ;-)
