In game banks no longer linked between pacts?

in Elder Scrolls Online

Log on today with my provisioner mule and I have all the pre-order emails with the goodies and my bank account is at 0 items and I cannot see my main character from another pact bank?!?!  Am I a complete moron (don't answer that) or have I missed something in the patch notes??

    You can mix races to the factions - that doesn't mean you can group with people from other factions, or send to other factions

    Ouch....well if that is the case,  many people are gonna be upset.  As of last night it was fine....as of today it no longer is that way......without even a mention.

    If you could mail between pacts there would be no point in having them. It is bad enough they people play any race with any faction. If they wanted to do something like that it should have been a reward after hitting max level.

    Karat I actually think it's pretty cool. Think about them as immigrants/refugees.

    Banks are shared across alliances, just logged into my CE-treasure-maps-mule-alt and could access my bank normally. Did you relog? It happened to me that one day I logged into one of my alts, received pre-order items and my bank was empty, after reloging I could access it again, but I lost my bank space upgrades, I opened a ticket and they answered that they sent a wrong "chest bonus", still waiting for them to restore my bank upgrades.

    banks are shared between all characters regardless of alliance - just played all 3 alliances today and banks worked fine - i'd try relogging or reloading the ui

    ^^^ This...I have lost 10 bank slots I purchased,  along with over 2500 gold.

    ZENIMAX is having serious issues with accounts ATM obviously.  I NOW have 81 slots on my main character and ALL my other characters (in the same pact) have only 60.  So I can only see a partial list of my bank account with my alts.  Ummmm......this is very annoying to say the least.

    What are you talking about? Those banks are some of the most secure places in all Tamriel.

    Seriously though, if I had this problem, I'd stop messing with it. I know that sucks but you might end up making it worse.

    Seems to be an exciting event with every episode of this game (Day) . Not to laugh at those losing stuff, it's just a continual progression of major problem after major problem.
